These Terms of Service govern use of the Loopz private beta. By creating an account or using Loopz, you agree to these terms.

1. What Loopz provides

Loopz is a coordination tool that helps people organize calendars, responsibilities, routines and related planning. Beta features may change, be added, be removed or occasionally be unavailable while the product is being developed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for information submitted through your account, keeping your credentials secure, and ensuring that you have the right to add or share information about other people in your Loopz.

3. Connected services

Loopz may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar. Connecting a service is optional and is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. You can disconnect supported integrations from Loopz when available.

4. Calendar and planning information

Loopz may calculate or recommend planning information such as preparation items, reminders, travel timing or other context. These features are assistive only. You remain responsible for checking event details, travel conditions, deadlines, health or safety requirements and other important information before acting.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Loopz to violate law, infringe another person's rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, or abuse connected third-party services.

6. Beta availability

The private beta is provided for evaluation and product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of every beta feature, or that beta functionality will remain unchanged.

7. No professional advice

Loopz is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, emergency, transportation or other professional advice. Planning suggestions should be independently evaluated when safety or important decisions are involved.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that it will be error-free or meet every requirement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Loopz and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the beta service or connected third-party services.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, or for violations of these terms. You may stop using Loopz and delete your account through available account controls.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as Loopz evolves. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
